Astronaut Training

Originally used in the training of astronauts to prepare their vestibular system for the challenges of space travel, this modified protocol helps children with vestibular processing disorders integrate the vestibular-auditory-visual triad to improve the vestibular systems tolerance to movement.

Our ability to take in sights and sounds and make them meaningful depends on the vestibular-auditory-visual triad. The more functional this triad is  the more enticing it is for us to move, explore, and engage with those around us.
